We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged a cancellation fee.

When using the daycare we expect all dogs to have arrived between 7:30am and 10:30am. Collection is between 3:00pm and 6:30pm. Grooming slots are available between 9:00am and 3:00pm.

Yes, your dog must be up to date with all of its vaccinations and proof must be shown before coming into kennels. We do not insist upon your dog having had the kennel cough vaccination, but if you do opt to have it, then it must be atleast 10 days before coming into kennels.

We have had dogs as young as 12 weeks use the kennels before. Our rule is as long as they are fully vaccinated and you are happy for them to start, then they can start. We have a thorough puppy/new dog introduction procedure so we will put your dogs happiness above all else.

No, unfortunately we don't. This is not something I can do at this time as the dogs on site require my full attention.

None of the dogs are taken off site whilst in our care. We don't walk the dogs, all of our exercise is done off lead, in our safe and secure paddocks where your dog is free to roam, have a sniff, a run or a play. We let them dictate what energy they want to spend.

Every dog in our care gets its own luxury kennel area where it can rest, eat and escape the other dogs if it wishes. It will be offered enrichment to keep them entertained and it will have access to the exercise paddocks throughout the day, either alone or with a small group of other dogs.

No, I'm afraid we don't anymore. Although we have kennels, we are only licensed to keep dogs during the day. Treetops Kennels and Cattery closed December 2024.

Our kennels are bright and well insulated. In the summer they provide a cool shaded area and in the winter the central and underfloor heating provide a warm and toasty place to escape Jack Frost. Our kennels are cleaned daily, we tend to find it's the dog that brings the dirt. 

We accept cash and card payments. With chip and pin, contactless and Google Pay also being accepted. We take all payment on the first day of your week at the point of collection.
